# Error #1 - TZX Can't Resolve HWID

## Solution:

1. Restart the computer to resolve temporary issues.
2. [Check hardware drivers](https://www.driverscloud.com/en) and ensure they are up to date.
3. Run the application as administrator to ensure proper permissions.
4. Disable any security software temporarily to avoid interference.
