# Error #3 - Can't Enable Privilege

## Solution:

1. Switch to a Windows account with administrative rights.
2. Right-click the application and select "Run as administrator".
3. Modify compatibility settings:
   * Right-click the application.
   * Select "Properties".
   * Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
   * Check "Run this program as an administrator".
4. Ensure [User Account Control (UAC)](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/user-account-control-settings-d5b2046b-dcb8-54eb-f732-059f321afe18) is not blocking the application.
